Individual Counseling

I provide individual counseling to adults. I primarily schedule appointments on weekday afternoons & early evenings. At this time, I only offer services via telehealth.

Teletherapy/telehealth/virtual therapy consists of the two of us meeting via a video conferencing software. It is fully HIPAA-compliant - your confidential information remains safe across this platform. The most important thing to remember on your end is to have a space where you can comfortably meet for appointments that is safe and confidential for you.

Letters for Gender-Affirming Care

Letters are used to support your access to gender affirming healthcare and are often required by insurance companies or medical providers to access gender affirming medical services. These letters are required to adhere to the WPATH Standards of Care. 

I offer the assessments for letters free-of-charge. During this assessment, you are asked questions to facilitate the letter-writing and ensure that a letter can be ethically provided in accordance with WPATH standards. 

Fees

I do not presently accept any insurance carriers.

My self-pay rate is $100/session. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long. I can offer reduced rates for individuals who would otherwise be unable to engage in services on a case-by-case basis.
